MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 29, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />was held on the 29th day of July, 1993 in the conference <br />room of the City Center located at 515 East Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired and called the meeting to order <br />at 5:00 p.m., and the following members of the Council were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Raymond Hanson, Mayor <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Mr. Dan Wilson, N. W. Assoc. Con. <br />Mr. Gary Collyard, Omega Euro Int'1 <br />Mr. James O'Shea, Shea Architects <br />Ms. Kris VanSchoonhoven, Rec. Secretary <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Marty Krogman <br />Mr. John O'Kane <br />Mrs. Mary Ann O'Kane <br />Mr. Jim Stellick <br />Mr. Jim Vitale <br />Mr. Joe Vitale <br />Mr. Pat Vitale <br />RICE ST/ The City Administrator began the meeting by stating that <br />LITTLE tonight's meeting was a continuation of the public hearing <br />CANADA RD which was held on July 28, 1993 to consider the adoption of <br />DEVELOPMENT Development District Plan No. 3 and Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan No. 3-1. <br />Hanson stated that the open meeting law does not provide for <br />more than three City Council members to meet at the same <br />time to discuss any un-announced City business. Yesterday, <br />as a result of this requirement, the Council met with <br />Collyard, members of the Vitale family, and the City <br />Administrator in groups of two to review information that <br />will be discussed at tonight~s meeting. Hanson stated that <br />all members of the Council as well as the Planning <br />Commission have reviewed the plans. <br />-1- <br />
