MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 1993 <br />Planning Commission be submitted this information for <br />their review. Scalze felt it was important that the <br />City not landlock any parcels. <br />The City Planner pointed out that when the street plan <br />was put together in 1992, his office was not aware of <br />the extent of the wetland in the area. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to table action on <br />this matter until it receives a recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-9-293 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE CANADA WOODS WEST PRELIMINARY PLAT UNTIL THE <br />CITY COUNCIL RECEIVES A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan asked if the Planning Commission had enough <br />information to consider the proposal at its next <br />meeting. <br />Gene DeLonais, Planning Commission Chair, reported that <br />there were a lot of unanswered questions at the last <br />Planning Commission meeting regarding this plat. <br />xowever, the developer indicated that he would have <br />more information for the Commission at its next <br />meeting. <br />~1MENDMENT Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />TO PUD application submitted by Two S Properties for an <br />TWO S amendment to PUD for additional mini-storage <br />PROPII2TIES building on the site located at 55 East County Road B. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />this request. <br />Todd Jones, representing Two S Properties, reported <br />that they are requesting the amendment to the PUD to <br />allow the construction of an additional mini-storage <br />building. This building would be the final phase in <br />the development of the site. The building that is <br />proposed would be single-story, masonry construction, <br />and be 110 feet by 140 feet. <br />Jones reported that the existing PUD referenced the <br />construction of future buildings.
