MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 26, 1994 <br />proposing that sewer and water location maps be <br />upgraded. The Administrator felt the map upgrades were <br />necessary not only from a records retention standpoint, <br />but also an efficiency standpoint. The Administrator <br />also pointed out that water/sewer depreciation is being <br />used to fund water/sewer capital replacements. <br />The Administrator reviewed the Public Improvements <br />Budget pointing out the extensive need in the area. <br />The Administrator then commented that the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission will review the Parks & <br />Recreation Capital Improvement Budget at their next <br />meeting. Once that review is completed, the staff <br />committee will look at the complete CIP Budget and make <br />a recommendation to the City Council.
