MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 25, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 25th day of May, 1994 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />Mr. Raymond Fianson <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-5-122 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />MAY 11, 1994 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOiTNCEMENT On behalf of the City Council and 5taff, Hanson wished <br />everyone a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend. <br />VARIANCE The Mayor opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />LOT5 10, 11, application for a Variance to construct a home on <br />MASON MANOR Lots 10 and/or 11, Mason Manor as requested by Kevin <br />KEENAN Keenan. The Mayor noted that the Planning Commission <br />has recommended approval. <br />1 <br />
