Morelan pointed out the development <br />moratorium on the Rice Street TIF District which holds <br />up all the property owners in that District from doinq <br />anything with their land. <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the City <br />Administrator should send a letter to Gary Collyard <br />asking him to appear at the next City Council meeting <br />and provide an update on the Rice Street Gateway <br />Project. <br />HIRING The Public Works Superintendent and Parks and <br />PARKKEEPER Recreation Director recommended that Gregory Hoag be <br />hired to fill the position of Parkkeeper subject to a <br />satisfactory physical examination. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-359 - HIRING GREGORY HOAG TO FILL <br />THE POSITION OF PARKKEEPER AS RECOMMENDED BY TIIE PUBLIC <br />WORKS SUPERINTENDENT AND PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
