MINUT~S OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 9, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 9th day of November, 1994 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 6:00 P.M, and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mrs <br />City Admin. The City Administrator began with a review of <br />Fund 400 - General Capital Improvement Budget. The <br />Administrator reviewed key items on the revenue portion <br />of this budget. The first is that administrative fees <br />for projects were posted by the Auditors in 1994 <br />totalling $47,968. These fees include 2% fee on major <br />projects and a 1% assessment fee. The City Auditor has <br />indicated that this is where the City has posted these <br />funds in the past, however, no formal policy has been <br />adopted in this regard. <br />Hanson suggested that this revenue be put into a <br />separate fund rather than tied to one particular area <br />of use. <br />The Administrator recommended that the Closed Bond <br />1 <br />
