MINOTES OF TAE REGUI,21I2 MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NNE 28, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 28th day of June, 1995 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M, and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />(arrived 7:35 P.M.) <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the follo <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mrs. Jane Boog <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-6-155 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JUNE 13, 1995 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND JUNE 21, <br />1995 WORKSHOP CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />DONATION - Mayor Fahey announced that Lake Owasso Residence <br />LAKE OWASSO Volunteer Council has donated $5,000 toward <br />RESIDENCE handicapped accessibility at the old fire station. <br />VOLUNTEER Fahey stated that the donation is greatly appreciated <br />COUNCIL and will help in making some of the needed changes at <br />that building. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider amending <br />HEARING - Section 912 of the Zoning Ordinance relating to <br />USES IN permitted, accessory and conditional uses in the "B-3", <br />B-3 ZONING General Business District. Fahey noted that the <br />DISTRICT Planning Commission recommended that the ordinance be <br />amended so that B-1 and B-2 uses would not roll over <br />into the B-3 District.
