MINOTES OF TAE REGUI,21I2 MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA NNE 28, 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of June, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M, and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen (arrived 7:35 P.M.) Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney Cable TV Prod. Admin. Asst. MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the follo moved its adoption: Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Mrs. Jane Boog Mrs. Kathy Glanzer wing resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 95-6-155 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 13, 1995 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND JUNE 21, 1995 WORKSHOP CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. DONATION - Mayor Fahey announced that Lake Owasso Residence LAKE OWASSO Volunteer Council has donated $5,000 toward RESIDENCE handicapped accessibility at the old fire station. VOLUNTEER Fahey stated that the donation is greatly appreciated COUNCIL and will help in making some of the needed changes at that building. PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider amending HEARING - Section 912 of the Zoning Ordinance relating to USES IN permitted, accessory and conditional uses in the "B-3", B-3 ZONING General Business District. Fahey noted that the DISTRICT Planning Commission recommended that the ordinance be amended so that B-1 and B-2 uses would not roll over into the B-3 District. Fahey asked if there was anyone
