MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 1995 <br />rezoned at this time rather than wait for completion of <br />the Comp Plan update. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-6-161 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO CONSIDER THE REZONING OF ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT <br />PROPERTY ALONG RICE STREET AS WELL AS SPRUCE STREET AT <br />THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME DETERMINED FEASIBLE BY CITY <br />STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution deolared adopted. <br />PROCEEDS Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />FROM SALE moved its adoption: <br />OF CITY <br />PROPERTY RESOLUTION NO. 95-6-162 - ALLOCATING PROCEEDS FROM <br />TO PARK SALE OF CITY PROPERTY TO DENERY DEVELOPERS TO THE <br />LAND PARK LAND ACQUISITION FUND AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />ACQUISITION PARK & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />FUND <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EXPRESSION On behalf of the Council and Staff, Morelan expressed <br />OF SYMPATHY his sympathies to Mayor Fahey and his family due to the <br />loss of his father. <br />Fahey thanked everyone for their comforting words and <br />thoughts. <br />ADJOiTRN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-6-163 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
