MINUTES OP THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOB~R 25, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 25th day of October, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br /> order at 6:00 P.M. and the following members of the <br /> Council were present at roll call: <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br /> (arr. 6:25 P.M.) <br /> Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br /> Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br /> Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br /> City Engineer Mr. Jerry Bourdon <br /> City Engineer Mr. Paul Heuer <br /> Proj. Mgr. Mr. Harlen Olson <br /> City Attorney Mr. George Borer <br /> Admin. Asst. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />IMP. No. Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />94-7 - assessment roll for Improvement No. 94-7, Gilanderi <br />GILANDERI Lane by street reconstruction and water main <br />T.ANE improvement. <br /> The City Administrator reviewed the assessment roll for <br /> Imp. No. 94-7, reporting that water main assessment is <br /> proposed at $4,510.00 per lot, street assessment at <br /> $6,961.00 per lot, and burying of utility lines at <br /> $470.63 per lot. The Administrator also noted that <br /> Waivers of Right to Appeal Special Assessments were <br /> received from all property owners with the exception of <br /> David Smith. No objections have been received for this <br /> improvement. <br /> The Administrator also reported that a ten year <br /> assessment term is proposed, at an interest rate of <br /> 7.25%. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Morelan, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />1 <br />
