MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 25, 1995 <br />credit, and $38.52 per front foot for those properties <br />without that credit. <br />It was also the direction of the Council that the City <br />Administrator review the street assessment policy with <br />regard to single-frontage projects to ensure that the <br />policy provides for an assessment rate comparable with <br />other projects. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-10-247 - ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />AS AMENDED FOR IMPROVEMENT N0. 94-5, EAST VIKING DRIVE, <br />WITH ASSESSMENT TERM OF TEN YEARS AT AN INTEREST RATE <br />OF 7.25 PER CENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-10-248 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
