MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVENISER 22, 1995 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-282 - INCREASING THE REFUSE <br />HAULERS LICENSE FEE TO $150.00 ANNUALLY AS RECOM <br />BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council was in agreement with the budget <br />adjustments listed as "New Considerations" in the City <br />Administrator's memo dated November 17, 1995. The <br />Administrator estimated the net levy increase at 2.9% <br />at this point taking into consideration the actions <br />taken by the Council this evening. <br />DECE[++IBER Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />MEETING moved its adoption: <br />DATES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-283 - CANCELLING TAE DECEMBER 13 <br />AND 27, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, CALLING A <br />DECEMBER 20, 1995 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO BEGIN AT <br />7:00 P.M. AND CALLING A DECEMBER 18, 1995 COUNCIL <br />WORKSHOP MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. FOR PURPOSES OF <br />DISCUSSING THE PROPOSED 1996 BUDGET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EDA MEETING Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-284 - CALLING AN ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER <br />20, 1995 AT 6:45 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5j LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (O).
