MINi1TES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCA 27, 1996 <br />utility easement over the water main which will be <br />installed on the property. <br />The City Administrator suggested that the easement for <br />the water main should be addressed with the final plat. <br />Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-3-69 - VACATING A 20-FOOT DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN LYING BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 3, <br />BLOCK 1, HERITAGE OFFICE PARK AS REQUESTED BY REAL <br />ESTATE MASTERS SUBJECT TO A DEDICATION OF A 20-FOOT <br />EASEMENT ON THE FINAL PLAT OF THE PROPERTY FOR WATER <br />MAIN AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND PUBLIC <br />WORKS DIRECTOR <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />HEARING - application for rezoning of 10 West County Road C from <br />REZONING OF R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to R-2 (Medium-Family <br />10 W. COUNTY Residential) submitted by Gene Fasciana. It was noted <br />ROAD C that Mr. Fasciana has requested that this matter be <br />tabled for one month so he can meet with property <br />owners in the area and show them drawings of the <br />twinhome he is proposing for the site. <br />Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-3-70 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF 10 WEST COUNTY ROAD C UNTIL <br />THE APRIL 24, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />HEARING - rezoning of certain properties within the Rice Street/ <br />REZONING OF Little Canada Road area from Residential (R-1), <br />RICE STREET/ General Business (B-3), Industrial Park (I-P), or <br />LITTLE CANADA Residential Business (RB), to Planned Unit Development <br />ROAD AREA TO (PUD).
