MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTENIBER 11, 1996 JANUARY 31, 1998 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. ANNUAL Council reviewed Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer REVIEW - Council premises permit at the Little Canada Market LAKE OWASSO Place Bingo Hall. All records are in compliance, and RESIDENCE City staff recommended approval. VOL. COUNCIL PREMISES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and PERMIT moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 96-9-217 - FINDING THE ANNUAL REVIEW OF PREMISES PERMIT FOR LAKE OWASSO RESIDENCE VOLUNTEER COUNCIL TO BE SATISFACTORY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Fahey thanked Lake Owasso on behalf of the entire City for their qenerous contributions to City projects as related to disability issues. ANNUAL Council reviewed the Little Canada Fire Department's RE~7IEW - premises permits at Hoggsbreath and Gordies' Place. LITTLE Al1 records are in compliance, and City staff CANADA recommended approval. FIRE DEPT. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-218 - FINDING THE ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE PREMISES PERMITS FOR THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT TO BE SATISFACTORY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. FEASIBILITY Mr. David Kroos, Boarman Kroos Pfister Rudin & REPORT - Associates, presented a feasibility report for a HISTORICAL 2,000 square foot addition onto the City Center to SOCIETY house the Little Canada Historical Society.
