MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTENIBER 11, 1996 <br />JANUARY 31, 1998 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNUAL Council reviewed Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer <br />REVIEW - Council premises permit at the Little Canada Market <br />LAKE OWASSO Place Bingo Hall. All records are in compliance, and <br />RESIDENCE City staff recommended approval. <br />VOL. COUNCIL <br />PREMISES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />PERMIT moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 96-9-217 - FINDING THE ANNUAL REVIEW OF <br />PREMISES PERMIT FOR LAKE OWASSO RESIDENCE VOLUNTEER <br />COUNCIL TO BE SATISFACTORY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey thanked Lake Owasso on behalf of the entire <br />City for their qenerous contributions to City projects <br />as related to disability issues. <br />ANNUAL Council reviewed the Little Canada Fire Department's <br />RE~7IEW - premises permits at Hoggsbreath and Gordies' Place. <br />LITTLE Al1 records are in compliance, and City staff <br />CANADA recommended approval. <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-218 - FINDING THE ANNUAL REVIEW OF <br />THE PREMISES PERMITS FOR THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT TO BE SATISFACTORY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FEASIBILITY Mr. David Kroos, Boarman Kroos Pfister Rudin & <br />REPORT - Associates, presented a feasibility report for a <br />HISTORICAL 2,000 square foot addition onto the City Center to <br />SOCIETY house the Little Canada Historical Society. In <br />ADDITION preparing the feasibility report, Kroos reported that <br />he looked at a number of issues, those being site <br />2 <br />
