Resolution declared adopted. <br />SPOONER PARK The City Administrator recommended a special <br />PICNIC meeting be scheduled for Wednesday, October 16th, <br />SHELTER & in order to award bids for the Spooner Park picnic <br />BUDGET shelter. Given this would be a relatively short <br />WORKSHOP meeting, the Administrator suggested the Council hold a <br /> budget workshop as well. <br /> Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-244 - CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING FOR <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1996 AT 7:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER <br /> THE AWARD OF BIDS FOR THE SPOONER PARK PICNIC SHELTER <br /> AS WELL AS A WORKSHOP MEETING FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL <br /> MEETING TO DISCUSS THE 1997 BUDGET <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-9-245 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
