MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA~ MINNESOTA DECEMBER 18~ 1996 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of December, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman Cable TV Prod. Mr. Greg Schroeder Admin. Asst. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer MINUTE3 Morelan reported that page 13, second paragraph of the November 27, 1996 Regular Council Meeting minutes should be amended to refer to City Planner as well as City Council review of the City's Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 96-12-299 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 19, 1996 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED, THE DECEMBER 3, 1996 TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING AS SUBMITTED, AND THE DECEMBER 3, 1996 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
