CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 911 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER 805, WAGON VENDORS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance repeals and replaces City Code Chapter 805, Wagon Vendors with City <br />Code Chapter 805, Mobile Food and Vending Units, to update and add requirements for <br />food trucks and mobile vendors. The full text of Ordinance 911 is available for inspection <br />at Little Canada City Hall during regular business hours or online in the April 23, 2025 <br />City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
