A motion was duly <br />made, seconded, and passed to approve this project conditioned upon execution of the <br />cost share agreement. The project was approved for 100% funding up to $100,000 cost <br />share maximum. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the grant agreement. The agreement must be signed prior to <br />commencing any work on the project.
