Wills reported that Belland's would like to add two and one-half bays to their building. There was no one present from Yl~e ~eneral public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was closed. Morelan pointed out that it appelrs the railroad tracl<s come very close to the Bellaud buildin~ uow, a~~d asl<ed if there were any requirements from a public safety standpoint on separltious of tracks fi•om buildings. The City Admi~~istrator replied that from 1 building code standpoint there were not. The meeting was reconvened at 8:55 P.M. PETRINA Morelan requested that in preparation for the June 10'~' Council meeting, PARK the City Administrator put together some tax analysis comparin~ the TERRACE property taxes which will be ~enerated by the ~~roposed twinhome development with vlrious sizes of industrial b~iildin~s as we(I as warehousing versus finished space. The Administrltor has done some preliininary anllysis and iC appears that industrill developinent will generate more tax doliars than a twinhome develo~ment.
