Wills reported that Belland's would like to add two <br />and one-half bays to their building. <br />There was no one present from Yl~e ~eneral public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan pointed out that it appelrs the railroad tracl<s come very close to <br />the Bellaud buildin~ uow, a~~d asl<ed if there were any requirements from a <br />public safety standpoint on separltious of tracks fi•om buildings. The <br />meeting was reconvened at 8:55 P.M. <br />PETRINA Morelan requested that in preparation for the June 10'~' Council meeting, <br />PARK the City Administrator put together some tax analysis comparin~ the <br />TERRACE property taxes which will be ~enerated by the ~~roposed twinhome <br />development with vlrious sizes of industrial b~iildin~s as we(I as <br />warehousing versus finished space. The Administrltor has done some <br />preliininary anllysis and iC appears that industrill developinent will <br />generate more tax doliars than a twinhome develo~ment. <br />
