MINUTES <br />CITY COUNC[L <br />MAY 28, 1997 <br />TO EXECU'L'E A YUI2CFI~1 SE AGREEMENT ON 13F,FIAZ,F OF THE <br />CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValie. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RICE/G94 The City Administrator reported that Cowity Commissioner Tony <br />JAIL SITG Tony Bennett is proposin~ the addition of the public works site at 694 and <br />Rice SYreet to the list of possible locations for ajail a~~d new patrol station <br />Sheriff Fletcher is opposing Bennett's proposal, and has asl<ed for the <br />City's position. The Administrator asked if the Council wished to have <br />Bennett and rletcher m11<e 1 presentation on the issue. <br />Council discussed the issue and the consenstiis was Chat both paities be <br />asl<ed to mal<e a preseutation aY the next Co~mcil meeYing. <br />SUR]'LUS The City Administrator reported that the City took bids f'or the purchase <br />CITY and relocation oi' four homes the CiYy recently purchased. The only bid <br />PROP~RTY received w1s for the house at 52 East Little Canada Road. The high <br />PURCFIASE bid was for $7,500. Resolution declv~ed ldopted. <br />TEEN COURT The CiYy Administrator reported that the Mayors' Cominission <br />ADVISORY Against Drugs has requested a advisory appointment from Little Canada <br />APPOTNTMENT to its Teen Court L,t.
