IIe <br />su~gestetl t}iat one at the middle of the develo}~ment might be sufficient. <br />Fahey felt that the Parl<s & Rea'e~Yion Commission should address the <br />number of paths, IocaCion, widths, eYC. <br />The City Administr2tor sug~ested that a~rovisiou be included in the <br />Development A~reemenY requiring the path com~ection s~ibject to Parks & <br />Recreation Commission review ~nd recomtnendation and subseqtient <br />approval by the City Councii. <br />Pahey noted that other issues to be addressed in the covenants for the <br />developmenC and/or the Develo~ment A~reemenY include that tl~ere be no <br />rental properry as plrt of'Yl~e development, fiiture li~hting of the ballfields, <br />construction traffic from Allen Avenue Iimited to the two models that are <br />proposed wiCh all oCl~er construction v~ffic to come Prom the west, as well <br />as the parl< access issue. <br />Frattalone stated that in ~ddition to the two models, he would like <br />luthoriry for construction traffic for the most e~st~ern cui-de-sac to come <br />fi'om Allen Avenue. <br />x <br />
