Morelan agreed that there were youth giaups in the chw'ches, b~it poinCed out that a City-sponsorec1 youth ~;rUUps would be trvailHbie ro all youCh in the City. Pedeisen sug,~est'ed that staff tind out which cities have youth boards and how successful they are. Nlorelen suggested t~hat the League of MinnesoYa Cities has a wealth of inFonnation on this subject. Nlorelan also poinCed out that such a board may require a C:ity staPf person to facilitaCe it until it got ~~nclerway.
