Of those <br />six that provided plans, no cities contributed to the vision premiums. Therefore, staff does not <br />recommend deviating from the current 0% funding of vision premiums. <br /> <br />Option 1: No change <br />• Staff is recommending continuing with the city funding 0% of vision premiums. <br /> <br />Should the council provide direction to revisit a contribution towards the city’s vision premium, <br />staff is happy to return with options. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff requests City Council feedback and direction on the following dental and vision premium <br />contribution options: <br />• Dental <br />o Option 1: No change <br />o Option 2: Mirror health insurance city contribution
