MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1997 <br />Scalze pointed out that the City has a Code Enforcement Officer, and <br />suggested that Mr. Indrelie inform the Code Enforcement Officer of his <br />concerns. <br />Fahey stated that at this point he must assume that Mr. Sprosty will be a <br />good citizen and will clean up the property <br />Sprosty reported that he has planted approximately 10 pine trees at the <br />back of his property. These trees are not approximately 15 to 20 feet high. <br />Sprosty felt it would be difficult for Mr. Indrelie to see the rear yards of <br />these two lots. However, Sprosty indicated that he will improve the <br />condition of the property. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE,SOI. UTION NO. 97-II-283 -APPROVING THE I.OT LINE <br />AD.IUSTMENT FOR 633/637 KELI.ER PARKWAYAS REQUESTED <br />I3YMR. PAUI. SPROSTYSUI3JL'CT TO THE XECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />NOVEM73ER 10, I997AND SUI3JECT TO THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PARKS & RECREATION <br />COMMISSION WITH RECARD TO THE PARK CHARGE ISSUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEXT Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a text amendment <br />AMENDMENT which would allow commercial antennae on existing public utility <br />COMMERCIAL structures and associated utility buildings to house equipment packages <br />ANTENNAE within all zonin~ districts. Council noted that the City Planner and the <br />ON EXISTING Plannin~ Commission are recommending approval of the text amendment <br />PUBLIC provided that a Conditional Use Permit process is required, and subject <br />UTILITY to the conditions that are outlined in the City Planner's report dated <br />STRUCTURES October 6, 1997. <br />Pat Conlin, representing LJ.S. West, reported that U.S. West is in <br />a~;reement with the recommendations of the City Planner. Conlin noted <br />
