OF THE VOUCFIERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SECRETARY/ The City Administrator recommended that the positions of Secretary/ RECEPTIONIST Receptionist and Secretary/Payrol( Clerk be reclassified as equal positions AND The Administrator also presented a proposed salary scale for these SECRETARY/ positions. The Administrator indicated that the salary scale reflects the PAYROLL fact that code enforcement duties have been eliminated from the Secretary/ CLERK Payroll Clerk position as well as the fact that the Secretary/Receptionist POSITIONS position has tlken on more secretarial duties. The Administrator also pointed out that the change in salary scale will result in an increase in salary to $11.70 per hour for the current Secretary/Receptionist.
