MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 22, 1998 <br />Fahey indicated that the televising would enhance public participation and <br />communication. He suggested that it could be tried on a pilot basis in the <br />interest of openness and good commwiication. This would provide an <br />opportunity for seniors to be involved in what is goin~ on in the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. Resolution declared adopted. <br />DEBT L~VY The City Administrator recommended that the Council hold a workshop <br />R~DUCTION meeting to discuss the formation of a committee to plan for the reduction <br />COMMITTEE in the City's debt levy. Council agreed, and the consensus was to hold <br />that workshop meeting on Wednesday, May 27°i at 6:30 P.M. <br />CAPITAL CITY Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />MUTUAL AiD <br />AGREEM~NT RESOI.UTION NO. 98-4-IOI -APPROVING THE CAPITOL CITY <br />MUTUAI.
