MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 22, 1998 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (1) Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. CANADIAN The Council reviewed the agreement with Melrose Pyrotechnics for DAYS fireworks celebration at the 1998 Canadian Days Celebration. The rIREWORKS City Attorney reported that he has reviewed the Agreement and recommended that the last sentence in the seventh para~;raph be deleted which refers to the City paying attorney's fees in relation to this contract.
