MINUT~S OF TH~ WORKSHOP M~~TTNG <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA,IVIINN~SOTA <br />MAY 13,1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council ofLittle Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13°i day ofMay, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meetin~ to order at 6:00 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Kathy Glanzer <br />RICE STREET/ The City Administrator reported that Kim Wise of Cinemark is not able <br />LITTLE to be present this evening due to another commit ment. The Administrator <br />CANADA reported that he has informed Mr. Wise of the sen se of urgency that the <br />ROAD City is at with the theater project as well as the fa ct that fi~ustrations are <br />R~DEVGLOP- are running hi~h. The Administrator also i nformed Wise that the best- <br />MENT case scenario at this point would be if the Counci l would table the issue <br /> until May 27°i at this time another worksho p wou ld be scheduled so that <br /> Mr. Wise could mal<e his presentation. <br />
