The Administrator reported that he wili be sending notices to the CURVE ~roperty owners abuttin~ the Arcade Street project advising them of this meetin~. The Adn~inistrator repated that he planned to attend the ~neeting and as]<ed for Council representation as welL Mayor I'ahey indicated that l~e wi]I lttend. MINUTES The City Attorney requested that Resolution No. 98-7-] 60 of tl~e July 8`~' regular Cou~~ci( meeting be darified to read "Approvi~~g tl~e Cabie TV Franchise A~reement as subn~itted subject to a}~proval and acceptance of an ordinance as an addendum relltive to the issues discussed tonight°. Mrs. Scalze introciucetl the i'ollowing resolution and moved its adoption: RESO/.UTTON N0. 9S'-7-I80 - RECON.SIDERING RE.S'DI,DTION N0. 98-7-T 69 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan.
