Resolution dedared adopted. <br />RICE STREET/ The City Administrator reported th~t he has informed i<im Wise of <br />LITTLE Cinemarl< of the City's September I S'~' deadline for execution of lease <br />CANADA ftOAD and deve(opment a~reement. Nlr. Wise h~s indic~ted that I~e is optimistic <br />RE'DEV~LO~P- that they will have t~hese documents tinllized by that time. Wise also <br />1VIEN'C reported tl~at they have completetl hvo projects in the Chicago ~trea and are <br />prepared to put this one on the front' bumer. Mr. Wise will be in town on <br />August 27 and 28 t'o meet with Cit~y st~Pf to fin~lize Cl~e agreements. <br />
