Moarn indicated that his ~sswnption is that the tl~eater <br />R~D~VELOP- developivenY will ~o forward. I-le also indicated tliat 2 number of tenants <br />MGNT UI'llAT~ had contacted him expressing an interest in relocatin~ into a new building. <br />The buildint~ th~t Moarn is ~>roposing wo~ild consist oPapproximately <br />45,000 squlre Peet. "fhere would be a rest~urant on the frst floor tal<ing <br />u~ approxim~tely 7,000 square f'eet. The northwest corner of the property would provide a good <br />location for a tl~t~ire ret~il site. [n ordcr to ~ccom~~lish this additional <br />development~, the siYe woultl need to be expanded to the east. <br />Moarn reporfetl that he would (il<e to move forwlyd with the project as <br />q~~icldy tis possible, ~et~t~in~ footings in the ~round in November. The titte <br />couipany has a lease expirin~ in Sept~ember of 1999, and thaY would be the <br />taiget date for complet'iou of this building. N(oarn pointed o~it th~t <br />footings cannot be poured durii~~ the winter. Therefore, getting that work <br />done in November wiil give the ~~roject a five-month j~im~.
