MINUTES CiTY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 25, 1998 Ms. Delonais-Adams thanked the City, and indicated that her father enjoyed his involvement with and service to the City. A moment of silence was observed in memory of Gene Delonais. CONDITIONAL Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application for USE PERMIT- a Conditional Use Permit to allow the addition to the St. Croix ST. CROIX Screenprint buildin~ located at 29 West Viking Drive. It was noted that SCREENPRINT the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the CUP conditioned upon compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon m~tion by LaValle, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was closed. The City Planner pointed out that St. Croix Screenprint has submitted a revised site plan that reflects more accurately the layout of the property that, as a result, addresses the concerns raised by the City Engineer. Todd Huebscher, St. Croix Screenprint, presented the Council with samples of the metal roof which will wrap around the west and south sides of the building. He also submitted samples of the brick siding material which will be used on the south and east sides of the structure. The result will be that the entire building will have the appearance of a block bui(din~;. The color ofthe block will be ~rey and the metal roofing material will be green. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2
