MINUTES <br />CiTY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1998 <br />Ms. Delonais-Adams thanked the City, and indicated that her father <br />enjoyed his involvement with and service to the City. <br />A moment of silence was observed in memory of Gene Delonais. <br />CONDITIONAL Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the application for <br />USE PERMIT- a Conditional Use Permit to allow the addition to the St. Croix <br />ST. CROIX Screenprint buildin~ located at 29 West Viking Drive. It was noted that <br />SCREENPRINT the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the CUP <br /> conditioned upon compliance with the recommendations of the City <br /> Planner and the City Engineer. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon m~tion by LaValle, seconded by Scalze, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />The City Planner pointed out that St. Croix Screenprint has submitted a <br />revised site plan that reflects more accurately the layout of the property <br />that, as a result, addresses the concerns raised by the City Engineer. <br />Todd Huebscher, St. Croix Screenprint, presented the Council with <br />samples of the metal roof which will wrap around the west and south sides <br />of the building. He also submitted samples of the brick siding material <br />which will be used on the south and east sides of the structure. The result <br />will be that the entire building will have the appearance of a block <br />bui(din~;. The color ofthe block will be ~rey and the metal roofing <br />material will be green. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 98-11-272 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAI, <br />USE PERMIT AS REQUESTED 73Y ST.
