MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 17, 1998 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 98-12-289 - APPROVING THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLANAS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing reso(ution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze asked for some research into the sales ratio and the differences in <br />this ratio between Ramsey County cities. The City Administrator noted <br />that the City's sales ratio is around 90% versus 96% or 97% for some <br />other Ramsey County cities. Therefore, Little Canada has a slightly more <br />favorable comparison with cities having a hi~her sales ratio. It was noted <br />that the County does the assessing for the various cities in Ramsey <br />County.
