MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 24, 1999 financial and lease arrangements. The City should know if the project has any potential within the next three to four weeks. The Administrator reported that if the theater project does not move forward, Sherman Rutzick will step forward with an officehetail use as well as senior housing. He is waiting to see the outcome of the theater project before making his proposat. The Administrator reported that the Council has discussed becoming more a~gressive with the Country Drive area given that the TIF District is aging. There has been interest expressed in an office/warehouse use for the south site as well as interest by two users in portions of the north site. If nothin~ comes from this interest, the City will be considering marketing the property. Gagne asked about the Guerin property. The Administrator reported that no interest has been expressed in this site. However, if the theater or Rutzick proposals move forward, this parcel becomes very attractive as a development site. FRA-DOR The City Administrator reported that the temporary trailer located on the TEMPORARY Fra-Dor site is not currently permitted. Either a building permit must be TRAILER obtained for the trailer or the use must be discontinued. It was the consensus of the Council that the Code Enforcement Officer inform Fra-Dor of their options relative to the temporary trailer. CLOSED Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: SESSION RESOI. UTION NO. 99-3-71 - ADJOURNING INTO CLOSED SESSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. At this point in the meeting, 8:25 P.M., the Council adjourned into closed session.
