The City should know if the project has <br />any potential within the next three to four weeks. <br />The Administrator reported that if the theater project does not move <br />forward, Sherman Rutzick will step forward with an officehetail use as <br />well as senior housing. He is waiting to see the outcome of the theater <br />project before making his proposat. <br />The Administrator reported that the Council has discussed becoming more <br />a~gressive with the Country Drive area given that the TIF District is <br />aging. There has been interest expressed in an office/warehouse use for <br />the south site as well as interest by two users in portions of the north site. <br />If nothin~ comes from this interest, the City will be considering marketing <br />the property. <br />Gagne asked about the Guerin property. The Administrator reported that <br />no interest has been expressed in this site. However, if the theater or <br />Rutzick proposals move forward, this parcel becomes very attractive as a <br />development site. <br />FRA-DOR The City Administrator reported that the temporary trailer located on the <br />TEMPORARY Fra-Dor site is not currently permitted. Either a building permit must be <br />TRAILER obtained for the trailer or the use must be discontinued. <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the Code Enforcement Officer <br />inform Fra-Dor of their options relative to the temporary trailer. <br />CLOSED Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />SESSION <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 99-3-71 - ADJOURNING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />At this point in the meeting, 8:25 P.M., the Council adjourned into closed <br />session.
