MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 1999 <br />AND SUI3JECT TO THE DEDICATION OF SIX-FOOT DRAINACE <br />AND DTII,ITY EASEMENTS ON AI.I. I.OT I,INES <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEMPORARY Mr. Chad Nelson, Frattalone Paving, appeared before the Council <br />PERMIT FOR requesting approval of a temporary permit for a period of one year so that <br />TRAILER - Frattalone Paving can use this trailer as temporary office space. Nelson <br />3137 COUNTRY indicated that he thought the trailer would meet all building code <br />DRIVE - requirements. <br />FRATTALONE <br />PAVING Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 99-4-92 -APPROVING A TEMPORARY PERMIT <br />ALT.OWING THE U.4E OF A TRAII.ER AS OFFICE SPACE FOR <br />FRATTAI,ONE PAVING AT 3137 CODNTRYDRIVE UNTII APRIL <br />l, 2000,SU13JECT TO THE RE~UIREMENT THAT THE TRAII.ER <br />MEET AI.7.13UILDING CODE REQUIREMEN7S AS DETERMINED <br />I3Y THE CITY'S73UILDING OFFICIAI. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ZONING Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an amendment to the <br />CODE Zoning Code establishing the I-2 General Industrial District. The <br />AMENDMENT - Planning Commission has recommended establishment of the District. <br />I-2 DISTRICT <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asked about the permitted uses proposed in the I-2 District <br />questioning why all permitted used in the B-W District are being rolled <br />over as permitted uses in the I-2 District. <br />The City Planner suggested that when the interim stockpiling/recycling <br />use comes to an end there should be other uses which are allowed in the <br />
