MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 27, 1999 AND SUI3JECT TO THE DEDICATION OF SIX-FOOT DRAINACE AND DTII,ITY EASEMENTS ON AI.I. I.OT I,INES The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. TEMPORARY Mr. Chad Nelson, Frattalone Paving, appeared before the Council PERMIT FOR requesting approval of a temporary permit for a period of one year so that TRAILER - Frattalone Paving can use this trailer as temporary office space. Nelson 3137 COUNTRY indicated that he thought the trailer would meet all building code DRIVE - requirements. FRATTALONE PAVING Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI, UTION NO. 99-4-92 -APPROVING A TEMPORARY PERMIT ALT.OWING THE U.4E OF A TRAII.ER AS OFFICE SPACE FOR FRATTAI,ONE PAVING AT 3137 CODNTRYDRIVE UNTII APRIL l, 2000,SU13JECT TO THE RE~UIREMENT THAT THE TRAII.ER MEET AI.7.13UILDING CODE REQUIREMEN7S AS DETERMINED I3Y THE CITY'S73UILDING OFFICIAI. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ZONING Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an amendment to the CODE Zoning Code establishing the I-2 General Industrial District. The AMENDMENT - Planning Commission has recommended establishment of the District. I-2 DISTRICT There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was closed. Morelan asked about the permitted uses proposed in the I-2 District questioning why all permitted used in the B-W District are being rolled over as permitted uses in the I-2 District. The City Planner suggested that when the interim stockpiling/recycling use comes to an end there should be other uses which are allowed in the
