MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 8, 1999 Scalze noted that the development proposal calls for one office building and one office/warehouse building. Scalze indicated that her initial support for the project was based on nice o~ce buildings, not office/warehouse. The Administrator indicated that the office/warehouse building would be subject to the same financial arrangements as discussed with developer John Allen. It would be the office building that the City is proposing deeper assistance for. NSYA Mayor Fahey acknowledged and thanked North Suburban Youth DONATION Association for their donation for the lightin~ of the youth soccer fields in Pioneer Park in the amount of $45,000 over a five-year period. REDEVELOP- The Administrator reported that there has been no progress made on the MENT redevelopment for Yhe souYh piece of Country Drive. The proposal for UPDATE the north piece will be presented at the June 9`~' Planning Commission meeting. CLOSED At this point in the meeting, 8:35 P.M., Council recessed into a closed SESSION session.
