MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 8, 1999 <br />Scalze noted that the development proposal calls for one office building <br />and one office/warehouse building. Scalze indicated that her initial <br />support for the project was based on nice o~ce buildings, not <br />office/warehouse. <br />The Administrator indicated that the office/warehouse building would be <br />subject to the same financial arrangements as discussed with developer <br />John Allen. It would be the office building that the City is proposing <br />deeper assistance for. <br />NSYA Mayor Fahey acknowledged and thanked North Suburban Youth <br />DONATION Association for their donation for the lightin~ of the youth soccer fields in <br />Pioneer Park in the amount of $45,000 over a five-year period. <br />REDEVELOP- The Administrator reported that there has been no progress made on the <br />MENT redevelopment for Yhe souYh piece of Country Drive. The proposal for <br />UPDATE the north piece will be presented at the June 9`~' Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />CLOSED At this point in the meeting, 8:35 P.M., Council recessed into a closed <br />SESSION session.
