MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MiNNESOTA <br />JITLY 28, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof a re~ulaz meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 28'}' day of July, <br />1999 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Director Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer NIr. Jamie Green <br />MINTJTES Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 99-7-188 - APPROVING TFIE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 14, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VARIANCE - Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a request for a <br />72 JESSICA variance to allow construction of an 8 1/2 foot high privacy fence along <br />COiTRT - the rear property line of 72 Jessica Court that abuts County Road C. <br />REEVES Fahey noted that both the City Pianner and the Planning Commission have <br />recommended approval of the variance as requested. <br />
