STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />DATE:May 28, 2025 <br />RE:Call for a Special Council Meeting on June 27, 2025 <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Call for a Special Council Meeting on June 27, 2025 at 5:00pm. <br />BACKGROUND <br />City Council and staff have been working with Lupe Development on a conduit debt bond <br />request for their senior housing project at 99 County Road B East. The City Council will be <br />meeting with Lupe representatives at the June 23 Workshop at 6:00 p.m., and depending on the <br />outcome at this Workshop, a special City Council meeting may need to be called for Friday, June <br />27 at 5:00 p.m. to take official action on a conduit debt bond request in order to meet the <br />deadline for an application with the Minnesota Management and Budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />If needed, staff recommends the City Council call for a Special City Council meeting on Friday, <br />June 27 at 5:00 p.m.
