A failure of Battle Creek Dam could also send sediment, debris, and pollutants into Pigs Eye Lake <br />and, eventually, into the Mississippi River, impacting water quality and aquatic life. <br />3.6.7.4 County and Community Operations <br />Of the dams located in Ramsey County, the Battle Creek dams (Battle Creek, Battle Creek Middle, and <br />Battle Creek Upper) are classified as High.
