Public outreach and dissemination of the HMP will include: <br />• Links to the plan on municipal websites of each jurisdiction with that capability. <br />• Continued utilization of existing social media outlets to inform the public of natural hazard <br />events. Educate the public via jurisdictional websites on how these applications can be used in <br />an emergency. <br />• Expansion of outreach engagement strategies and use of alternative media platforms to reach <br />the county’s hard-to-reach, diverse populations. <br />5.2 Monitoring, Evaluating and Updating the Plan <br />Ramsey County Emergency Management & Homeland Security (RCEMHS) will manage the maintenance <br />and update of the plan during its performance period. <br />5.2.1 MONITORING <br />Each year, beginning one year after plan development, Ramsey County and local community <br />representatives will collect and process information from the departments, agencies and organizations
