<br /> MINUT);S <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> AUGUST 12, 2009 <br /> Hagen then reviewed a comparison of the bond ratings of cities of <br /> comparable size, and recommended that the City pw•sue an upgraded bond <br /> rating prior to its next bond sale. <br /> 1'he Council next reviewed the summary of TIF fund balances as <br /> estimated by Ehlers & Associates. <br /> The City Administrator indicated that he would prepare a recommendation <br /> for Council approval relative to the TIF Report recommendations. <br /> Deis suggested that the City investigate the use of TIF for the construction <br /> of wind turbines and/or solar panel energy systems. The Administrator <br /> reported that he has discussed these issues with the City Planner relative to <br /> Zoning Code issues.
