Council meetings cannot be held on a legal <br /> holiday, and it has been customary to not meet the evening before Thanksgiving. <br /> Therefore, staff is recommending that the November meetings be changed to Monday, <br /> November 9`~' and Monday, November 23`a <br /> <br />
