MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 239 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 23rd day of July 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Kwapick, Gutierrez, and Miller. <br />Absent: Council Member Malone. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator/Community <br />Relations Manager Laura Linehan, Community Development Director Ben Harrington, City Clerk/HR <br />Manager Heidi Heller, and Finance Director Sam Magureanu. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Gutierrez introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-7-108 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 912025, <br />WORKSHOP AND THE JULY 9, 2025, REGULAR MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />I: agilli1�F� u ► y <br />2025 NIGHT TO UNITE PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Fischer read the 2025 Night to Unite Proclamation. <br />The Assistant City Administrator stated that registration for Night to Unite has been extended to July <br />29th. The Ice Cream Social will be on Thursday, July 3lst° from 6 — 8 p.m. at Pioneer Park. Bring a <br />nonperishable food item for the third annual food drive. Canadian Days will be August lst — 3rd at <br />Spooner Park. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />CONSIDER ORDINANCES 915, 916, AND 917 FOR ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS <br />RELATING TO DRIVEWAYS, OFF-STREET PARKING, PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS, AND <br />RESIDENTIAL STORAGE <br />The Community Development Director provided background information on the purpose and intent of <br />the proposed amendments related to driveways, parking, and storage. He stated that the Planning <br />Commission first received information on these topics in April, providing direction to staff, and the <br />
