The increase relates primarily in the community pride category <br />where additional funds were added to facilitate a “city chat monthly engagement program” for $2,400, other <br />engagement events $600 and Night to Unite giveaway purchase $2,500. Further, the City’s wide volunteer <br />recognition event was increased by $1,000 to align more with actual costs in the last few years.
