Business Overview <br />“Bailey Hall” is an updated assembly hall venue originally known as Fiesta Feliz in Little Canada, MN. <br />“Bailey Hall” will hold intimate space for private weddings, bridal and baby showers, reunions, family <br />events, and corporate events and galas. <br />“Bailey Hall” is owned and operated by Yia Yang, whose background in event coordination and planning, <br />combined with professional experience consulting for start-up businesses, positions him to lead the <br />venue to success. He will assemble a team of skilled and well-trained event planners, and collaborate <br />with top-tier catering and pastry companies, florists, and DJs ensuring each event is both memorable <br />and distinctive. To further strengthen the business, he will seek guidance from experienced consultants <br />specializing in event venue operations. <br />“Bailey Hall” will be a 10,000 square foot facility that is able to hold annual indoor events and will be <br />able to accommodate events of all sizes.
