Any amount short of the anticipated $100,000 <br />donation will become the responsibility of the city. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is recommended that the City Council make a motion to authorize the purchase of a new Fire <br />Engine for the replacement of Engine 218 from MacQueen Equipment, LLC in the amount of <br />$1,331,640, approve a 50% prepayment at contract signing, and authorize the City Administrator to <br />sign the purchase agreement.
