<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> OCTOBER 14, 2009 <br /> CONSENT Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> AGENDA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2009-10-232 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br /> AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br /> *APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br /> *WAIVING PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW AND CALLING A <br /> PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REVOCATION OF PUD <br /> PERMIT FOR 3151 COUNTRYDRIVE, CARL COSTANZO; <br /> *APPROVING TUITION REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN <br /> PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br /> PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT; <br /> *APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO T.A. SCHIFSKY FOR 2009 <br /> STREET PROJECTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br /> ENGINEER; <br /> *APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO T.A. SCHIFSKY FOR 2009 <br /> MILL & OVERLAY PROJECTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br /> ENGINEER; <br /> *APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO FRATTALONE COMPANIES <br /> FOR 2008 MISCELLANEOUS STORM PROJECTS AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br /> *APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO FRATTALONE COMPANIES <br /> FOR COBBLESTONE VILLAGE STORM PROJECTS AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McCraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> DEMONSTRA- The City Attorney presented the Council with a proposed ordinance which <br /> TION establishes standards for demonstrations/public assemblies on public <br /> ORllINANCE property. Ile indicated that the City has had inquiries of this nature, and <br /> felt that an ordinance should be adopted to establish specific standards for <br /> demonstrations on public property to maintain access to buildings, <br /> parking, and streets. The ordinance establishes a registration requirement <br /> for public assembly. Once adopted, City staff will prepare a flyer that can <br /> be given to people interested in conducting ademonstration/public <br /> assembly which lays out the ground rules. The Attorney reported that this <br /> ordinance was modeled after the City of St. Paul's. <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
