<br /> City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br /> Ordinance <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br /> CODE, KNOTn~N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR A PUD <br /> ZONING DISTRICT AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-W, <br /> BUSINESS-WAREHOUSING TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. <br /> Section 915 is hereby amended to add the following: <br /> 915.40. PUD ZONING DISTRICT "A". The Purpose of the PUD "A" <br /> District is to provide a limited selection of low- <br /> traffic retail uses at 3201 Country Drive, Parcel ID <br /> Number 31-30-22-43-0002, as well as to permit the <br /> office, office-warehouse, office-showroom and similar <br /> uses of the B-W District as list in Section 913 of the <br /> Little Canada Zoning Ordinance. <br /> A. Permitted Uses. The following shall constitute <br /> permitted uses in the PUD "A" district and shall be <br /> allowed by right, subject to compliance with all of <br /> the applicable regulations of the Little Canada Zoning <br /> Ordinance and other applicable ordinances, laws, and <br /> regulations, unless specifically modified by the <br /> requirements of this District. <br /> 1. Antique or gift shop <br /> 2. Art and school supplies <br /> 3. Bicycle sales and repair <br /> 4. Boat and marine sales (enclosed) <br /> 5. Books, office supplies or stationary stores <br /> 6. Camera and photographic supplies <br /> 7. Carpet, rugs and the <br /> 8. Coin and philatelic stores <br /> 9. Electrical appliance stores including incidental <br /> repair and assembly, but not fabricating or <br /> manufacturing <br /> 10. Florist shop <br /> 11. Furniture stores <br /> 12. Furriers when conducted only for retail trade on <br /> premises <br /> 13. Garden supply stores <br /> 14. Gift or novelty store <br /> 15. Hardware Less than 50,000 sq. ft. <br /> 16. Hobby store <br /> 17. Jewelry stores and watch repair <br /> 18. Leather goods and luggage stores <br /> 19. Locksmith <br /> <br />
