Eliminate the use of the word "clearance". <br /> 2. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> 3. A. Seasonal outdoor sales shall not exceed 65 days per calendar <br /> year as governed by 20 individual event permits. <br /> B. Outdoor sales shall be limited to the two areas identified on the <br /> site plan, but only one area can be in use at any given time. <br /> C. Recommendation eliminated. <br /> D. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> 4. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> 5. "tent sales to be allowed on four weekends in a calendar year with <br /> tents to be up no ]onger than a total of 30 days, with the notation of <br /> two tent locations on the site plan, both of which can be used <br /> simultaneously. <br /> 6. Parking issues to be addressed prior to the time tenant leasing <br /> occurs. <br /> 7. Commission finds acceptable. <br /> 8. Location indicated acceptable. Second pylon must comply with <br /> City Code requirements. <br /> 9. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> 10. A. Search lights to be allowed a maximum of 20 days, as <br /> governed by 10 events. 'Temporary signage allowed up to 200 <br /> square feet in size, with display duration as governed by 3A. <br /> above. <br /> B. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> C. Recommendation stands as is. <br /> D. Recommendation to refer to both wall signage and pylon <br /> signage. <br /> 11.
