For Subcatchment P4: DA.P4 the grading contours indicate that the storm water <br /> runoff will turn from sheet flow to shallow concentrated flow after approximately <br /> 120-feet. This should be reviewed and adjusted. <br /> 10. The time of concentration should be detailed for Subcatchment P5: DA.P6 the <br /> same as the other Subcatchments. <br /> 11. The starting elevation for pond P1/RG2 should be set at the normal water level. <br /> The plans indicate an emergency overflow elevation of 872.30. The elevation of <br /> the EOF should be adjusted in the calculations to match this. <br /> 12. The outlet elevation of the primary pipe from pond RG1 should be adjusted to <br /> match the plans. <br /> Other Comments <br /> 1. Storm sewer pipe calculations should be provided for review and approval. <br /> 2.
