Resolution declared adopted. <br /> llEMOLITION The City Administrator reviewed his report dated January 6, 2010 <br /> COSTS- relative to the City's sharing of demolition costs for the structures at <br /> 2966 ARCADE 2966 Arcade Street as outlined in the Development Agreement with <br /> STREET Masterpiece Homes. The Administrator noted that the Development <br /> Agreement stated that the City may require demolition prior to the <br /> installation of iufiastructure if the property is considered a nuisance. 1'he <br /> Administrator reported that Masterpiece Homes initiated demolition as <br /> there were nuisance issues with these structures. Masterpiece Homes is <br /> now asking for reimbursement of half the demolition costs. The <br /> Administrator recommended reimbursement to Masterpiece Homes for <br /> $20,602.50 (half the actual costs) as provided for in the Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-1-IO -APPROVING THE <br /> REIMBURSEMENT OF MASTERPIECE HOMES IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $20, 602.50 AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
